A man named Su Haijin jumped from the balcony of a bungalow to avoid arrest during a recent anti-money laundering operation in Singapore. Then he was hiding in the drain. But in the end he could not avoid arrest.

The Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), Singapore's state business regulator, has released some new information about Su Hyejin.

On investigation, they found out that the Cypriot national was the director of No Signboard Holdings, a restaurant management company in Singapore. He held this office from October 2021 to June 2022.
The company submitted its annual report for 2021 in October last year. According to the report, Sur has 20 percent stake in the company. The report also said that he voluntarily resigned from the post of director.

A spokesperson for No Signboard Holdings told The Straits Times on Thursday that Su was a director of the company. He was not on the executive team.

In addition, Su was not involved in the business and operations of the organization. He did not participate in any meeting and decision making process of the Executive Board. The spokesperson added that there were five other directors in the company at the time.

The Singapore Police Force (SPF) conducted a major operation last Tuesday to seize money smuggled from abroad. The operation is being called one of the biggest anti-money laundering operations in the country's history. The arrested 10 foreign nationals were brought to court last Wednesday. They have been charged with money laundering, fraud and engaging in criminal activities to evade arrest. Su Hyejin is one of them.
The age of these foreign nationals who were arrested last Tuesday is between 31 and 44 years. Three of them are Chinese nationals. Of the other seven, three are from Cambodia, one from Cyprus, one from Vanuatu and one from Turkey. None of these 10 foreigners have Singaporean citizenship. It is believed that they were in contact with each other.

Su Haijin was a director and shareholder of the private company Aiqinhai Investment. He also served in the same capacity at Daily Glory International, a cell phone distributor.
He lived in a bungalow in the Ewart Park area of Singapore. He injured his hand and leg when he jumped from the balcony of Bengal to avoid arrest on Tuesday.

Su claimed during a court hearing on Wednesday that he heard a knock at the door and thought it was someone who wanted to kill him. For this he jumped. He claims that he developed a close relationship with a woman in Dubai. The woman's husband threatened to kill her.
